Can I get a refund advance the same day I file?
In some cases, yes. After we prepare and submit your return as your ERO, Refund Advantage and their banking partner may approve and fund an advance the same day for eligible clients. Same-day funding is not guaranteed and depends on IRS acceptance and bank approval.
How will I receive my money if approved?

Do I need to come in person to file?
No. TaxFlow™ offers fully remote, app-based tax preparation. In-person filing is also available at Streamline Auto on select days, including Wednesdays and weekends. Optional office-based preparation and compliance support is available at our downtown Memphis location, with secure access provided upon confirmation.
How does the car giveaway work?
Clients may earn bonus entries through participation, but no purchase is required to enter or win. A free entry option is always available, and all entries have the same odds. The drawing will occur during a target window near the end of Q1, pending IRS processing timelines.
Do I need good credit to qualify?
No. Refund advances are not based on your credit score. Eligibility is based on your tax return, expected refund, and verification requirements.
